If you’re shopping for a new Xbox controller and you don’t mind collecting limited edition gadgets, then you might be interested to learn that Microsoft has taken the wraps off the  Xbox Wireless Controller DPM X019 Exclusive. This will be a super limited edition Xbox controller where according to Microsoft, only 1,000 units will be made.

However, despite the fact that it is so limited, Microsoft will not be charging an arm and a limb for it. Instead, the company has priced them at a somewhat reasonable $100 per controller. According to Microsoft, they describe the controller’s design as, “Designed in collaboration with DPM Studio, this controller features the Aquabrush print – a custom camouflage that was made exclusively for X019. Aquabrush is inspired by the traditional 1950’s lizard-brushstroke camouflage and the River Thames in London.”

They add, “The design brings together the origins of artistry in camouflage design and the celebration of the rich culture of the U.K., subtly integrating iconic landmarks in London and a section of the River Thames with the hallmark maharishi dragon.” If this sounds like a controller you’d be happy to own, it will be released on the 14th of November at 2PM PST where it will be available for purchase via Microsoft’s online store.
