If you’re looking for a new laptop, most of the laptops you find in the market today are powered by Intel’s processors. However, if you want an AMD variant, you’re in luck because Lenovo has announced their new Yoga Slim 7 laptops that will be offered in either Intel or AMD configurations.

What’s interesting is that the laptops will be powered by AMD’s Ryzen 4000 processors which have yet to be officially announced, but it could be worth looking out for if you’re trying to futureproof yourself. As for the Intel processor, it will come with Intel’s 10th Gen Core i7 processors.

That being said, apart from a different brand, there will also be a difference in price. The AMD offering will be priced starting at $850, while the Intel version will be priced starting at $1,210. These are pretty much the only differences as the rest of the laptop’s specs will be similar. This includes a 14-inch Full HD display, support for up to 16GB of RAM, up to 1TB of SSD storage, a couple of USB 3.1 and USB-C ports, an SD card reader, and a headphone jack.

Both the AMD and Intel versions of the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 will be available for purchase this coming April.
