How immersive a game feels can depend on a variety of factors, such as the gameplay, the story, the graphics, and so on. However, there are times when external factors can also affect the immersive nature of the game, where some believe that devices like curved monitors can have a positive impact.

However, if you’d like to take your gaming experience to the next level, Razer could have something for you. At CES 2020, the company showed off its new Eracing Simulator concept. As you can see in the image above, this is a setup designed for gamers who love racing games, where it features a bucket seat like a sports car, along with controllers like pedals and a steering wheel.

According to Razer, “The center core sits on a motion platform powered by two actuators and a gaming control box for a professional racing training setup that maps terrain surfaces, G-force and sounds into motion for a completely immersive experience.” In addition, Razer notes that this setup is modular in nature where users can customize it according to the game they are playing.

Unfortunately, as the name suggests, this is currently a concept that the company has developed. We’re not sure if there are plans to make it a reality, but if they do, they wouldn’t be the first. Acer had previously unveiled something similar in the past couple of years.
