There are games designed for touchscreen devices, but there are also games that stand to benefit from using a physical controller. If you prefer using physical controllers for your mobile games, then you might be interested to learn that Razer has since unveiled its new Kishi controller for iOS devices.

As you can see in the image above, the Kishi is a set of detachable controllers designed for the iPhone. It features a clamp-like design that will sit on both ends of your iPhone and pairs through the Lightning port. It has also been certified as an MFi accessory, so to a certain extent, it has been approved by Apple.

Its layout is pretty standard as far as gaming controllers are concerned, where it will feature dual analog sticks, a D-pad, and several buttons as well as shoulder buttons. Razer is also claiming that the Kishi controller will be fully compatible with Apple Arcade, so if you’re subscribed to it, you should be able to play games from Apple Arcade using this controller (where applicable).

The Kishi is priced at $99.99 and is compatible with the iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max.
