Gaming laptops usually tend to be pretty heavy, and this means that users either need to choose between mobility or power, unless they don’t mind lugging around a heavy and bulky laptop. However, Acer is hoping to solve that problem as they have unveiled their latest gaming laptop – the Acer Predator Triton 300 SE.

This is a gaming laptop that will measure 17.9mm thin and will weigh 3.75 pounds, which isn’t the lightest laptop we’ve seen in general, but is pretty light as far as gaming laptops are concerned. However, Acer does not sacrifice power for weight as the Predator Triton 300 SE will pack some pretty impressive hardware specs.

This includes configurable options such as Intel’s Core i7-11375H CPU clocked at a blazing fast 5GHz, and also the option to add NVIDIA’s latest RTX 3060 GPU, meaning that it should be more than capable of handling pretty much any game you throw at it. The laptop will also feature a 14-inch FHD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, modern ports like Thunderbolt 3, support for WiFI 6, and a three-zone keyboard.

Acer has also toned down the looks, giving it a clean-looking finish so that you can use it outside, at work, or at school without any distracting RGBs. The Acer Predator Triton 300 SE will be priced starting at $1,400 and will begin shipping this February.
