French startup Jooxter, a pioneer in smart occupancy management, uses technology tools such as AI, Cloud, and IoT to reinvent the COVID / Post- COVID hybrid work model. Part of the French Tech delegation at CES 2021, Jooxter launched its new web application that maximizes office space, reduces cost, and keeps employees productive and socially engaged.
The innovative and secure platform facilitates both remote and physical team management to help businesses comply with the COVID guidelines.

In light of the pandemic, the freedom to work from anywhere is becoming a reality, and companies have to embrace new technologies to accelerate their transformation. We all know that work will never be the same, and workplace management tools are no exceptions.” Said Fabien Girerd, Founder and CEO.

With a hybrid working model surfacing, employees and companies will face new challenges. They will have to balance the performances gained by remote work with the benefits of social interactions,” Adds Fabien Girerd. “We all miss the camaraderie of team interaction and the creativity of brainstorming by working in person with others, and we need to offer solutions with the highest level of security.”

How Does It Work?

The video provides a good demo of AI-driven Jooxter’s key features that leverage occupancy analytics and insights to deliver a clear vizualization of workspace consumption securely.

Here are the main features companies need for team collaboration and  team management in a safe environment:

Hybrid working: visualization of the buildings,  offices, resources   (video conferencing room,   etc.) for dynamic team collaboration.

Remote working:  real-time office occupancy visualization, highlighting teammates’ status (remote, on-site, off).

Integrated workplace solution: integration with Microsoft Teams to facilitate collaboration   (teammates can plan their weekly activities thanks to a conversational chatbot), or Google Calendar.

Supervision of workspace openings and closings:   Jooxter’s algorithm provides real-time data gathering of office and site occupancy. The feature allows the gradual reorganization of workstations to comply with social distancing guidelines and ensure employee safety in times of COVID.  Managers have full control over the opening and closing of workspaces.

Remote deployment: Jooxter’s international project team has a fully industrialized process and can deploy up to 20,000 work positions 100% remotely on a weekly basis while providing the support to set it up.

Safety support of employees:   Using a QR code when they arrive at their desk or meeting room, employees can notify their presence on-site via the smartphone application  (iOS and   Android). Automatic contact tracing helps reduce the impact on others from an infected employee. It helps mitigate infection risks, manage occupancy, and is entirely in line with  GDPR.

Find your workspace: employees can quickly visualize the available workspaces on a real-time floor plan from their mobile devices.
