With Samsung quickly mocking Apple for not including the charger with the iPhone 12, it would have been safe to assume that this meant that Samsung would continue bundling the accessory with their phones, but the recent rumors have suggested that the company might actually end up following in Apple’s footsteps.

Now thanks to a report from WinFuture.de, alleged images of the packaging for the Samsung Galaxy S21 have leaked online and have confirmed that those rumors are true, or at least adds fuel to the fire. The images show a box that is considerably slimmed down and similar to how the iPhone 12 was packaged.

This means that there is a good chance that if these images are accurate, the Galaxy S21 will not come with an included charger. We expect Samsung will provide a USB cable at the very least. There is also no word on whether the company will continue to bundle earphones with the Galaxy S21, but there have been rumors saying that only the charger will be removed.

Samsung will be officially announcing the phone at its Galaxy Unpacked event that will be held on the 14th of June, so we should have all the details then. In the meantime, are you disappointed that the Galaxy S21 might not come with a charger?
