Fans of Riot’s League of Legends might be interested to learn that the company’s publishing arm, Riot Forge, has announced a new game based on League of Legends. This comes in the form of Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story, a rhythm runner game that will be arriving on the PC, Nintendo Switch, and Netflix.

The latter might seem like an odd choice, but if you recall, Netflix has started to get into mobile gaming and with the launch of the Arcane series on its platform, a show based on the game, it isn’t so surprising anymore. The game will let players play as Ziggs, a Yordle and Hexplosives expert who wants to build the greatest bomb in the history of Runeterra.

If the gameplay looks familiar, it is because the title is being developed by Choice Provisions who had also previously developed Bit.Trip which offers up a similar playstyle, but it’s not necessarily a bad thing if you enjoyed the company’s other offerings.

The game is expected to be launched on the 16th of November and the company will also be revealing additional details on that day. Gamers who pre-order the game will be getting an exclusive skin. The Netflix version will be coming later and the good news is that it will be free for subscribers.
