LG Corporation is a South Korean conglomerate that is based in Seoul. LG operates a number of subsidiaries including LG Electronics, LG Display, LG Telecom, and LG Chem. The conglomerate specializes in developing electronics, telecom products, and chemicals. LG Corp. was founded in 1947 by Koo In-Hwoi. Koo first established Lak-Hui Chemical Industrial Corp. in 1947. Today, Lak-Hui (pronounced lucky) is known as LG Chem. The company then expanded its business and created Goldstar Co. Ltd, now known as LG Electronics Inc. Both companies merged and formed Lucky-Goldstar, which was eventually renamed “LG” in 1995.

The LG V20 Will Be First Smartphone With Quad DACs
So we know that the LG V20 is real and that it will launch with Android 7.0 Nougat in tow. We have also received confirmation that it will be unveiled on the 6th of September, and interestingly enough it seems that LG is slowly teasing the specs of the phone ahead of the official reveal because in their latest announcement, they revealed that the phone will pack quad DACs.

Alleged LG V20 Specs Leaked
LG has confirmed the existence of the LG V20 handset, and they have also announced that the phone will be officially unveiled on the 6th of September. Now apart from the fact that it will come with Android 7.0 Nougat and the secondary ticker display, we don’t really know much about the phone and what it will be packing under the hood.
