CristalLine displays holographic images

Imagine a totally transparent projection screen that looks like a piece of glass when not in use, and yet producing crystal clear images that seem to be holograms floating in mid-air. Scupper that though – the CristalLine display does just that, featuring glass and acrylic screens that come in flat sheets which can be manipulated in different ways to produce a unique projection media. Screens up to 135″ in size will be available, but you can also piece together several screens should the need for a larger display be required. Even better is the news that such transparent screens can project resolutions higher than 1080p if the projector is good enough. Looks like those holographic images projected by R2-D2 can now be realized in cinemas and public places alike.
