Infrared Light Against Surveillance Cameras

The Internet is a treasure trove of information, and to see plenty of DIY projects out there can be rather overwhelming. Knowledge is a double-edged sword, and in the case of the "Infrared Light Against Surveillance Cameras" project, this could go either way. According to the instruction, it is rather easy to build and helps protect public cameras from picking up your mug. Hopefully folks reading this won't have nefarious purposes and use it to cause harm to others without wanting to be identified.
