ha, i just saw this on g4 as well. I've looked into those usb batteries and they are pretty nifty, but this could save so much more money, and it keeps earth green.

I wonder if the recycled alkaline batteries have similar or same characteristics as new ones. Or is it gonna be like the Rechargeable battery syndrome ...
Too little juice for too many devices....
