HTC Polaris Renamed to HTC Touch Cruise


Now that the HTC Touch is on the market closely followed by the HTC Touch Dual, the HTC Touch Cruise (formerly HTC Polaris) will get all the attention. It too will have the TouchFlo user interface (video), but it will also come equipped with a GPS.

WCDMA is a data-transfer wireless protocol used in 3G. Unless you travel to a country that might use a different band (Mhz), it's not a very important detail for most consumers.

sure it's a gsm world. but cdma is superior to gsm. ev-do is superior to 3g or even 3g+. read up on cdma's origins.

btw, i use an htc tytn on at&t (hate them), but i use a sprint card in my laptop.

Sancho, are you kidding? This is the GSM/UMTS world, not some propriatery systems Sprint and Verizon use. Get serious, switch to AT&T or T-Mobile.
