my samsung black jack phone got cracked on the inner screen, can someone tell me how to get it fixed.

everyone seems to be complaining about the battery life...mine works great it went a whole week without charging when i was on vaction i only charged it once...my phone broke while i was on the trip it accidently got it wet and the back light doesnt go off now but i still have betr bat life than most of these ppl ya now i have to chrge it everyday but it still keeping betr bat power than yalls so idk wht is wrong with yalls

I don't know why you did not get insurance I got mine early this year and was able to get insurance about $5.00 extra a month on the bill.

I had a Sony Ericsson-Walkman, I broke it due to water damage. Now i have the Samsung Blacjack 2,in red. i made a video to test out the quality and when I attempt to delete it it comes up under Error. it says, Unable to delete file.Confirm'MOV-0002.3gp' is being used by another process. Hey, i'm having trouble with the scroll wheel on my blackjack II..... Does anyone have any advice or tips?

If the power is on while charging it in the top right corner is an indicator of a plug but when turned off it's only the LCD.

the iphone is a great phone but i recently dropped mine (yes accidents DO happen) and there is no insurance or warranty policy for iphones whatsoever, they said it was gonna cost $250 to repair it and the new 8g one is coming out in a month and its only $199!!?? WTF

Hi, so when you are charging the Blackjack II, is there anything that shows it's charging other than the LED at the top? My old Blackjack had a charging animation on the screen, whereas my new Blackjack II has nothing but a STUPID LED. Anyone?

Try shutting some stuff down through the task manager or turn of bluetooth etc.
Think about the more programs that are open the more juice its gonna suck down.

4 day battery life? that has never happened to me.. with using my bluetooth it lasts a good 12 hours if that.. without.. possibly 48 hours.. but never 4 days. how do i peak my battery life?

Since perfomance and functioanlity is highly based upon the product's "coolness..." Exactly why people buy Macintosh products. They look cool. Lame. Any Mac OS is garbage.

Red is beautiful and it doesn't show the finger prints as much as the black does.

How do you get two days plus with your Blackjack II battery? I bought one for my friend and the battery dies at least twice a day!! She has to charge it all the time.

trust me do not get the pantech duo for one it is way to thick and two when you go from keyboard to number pad or vice versa it takes like five seconds to switch i have the blackjack two and it is amazing but if you get one get red b/c i got red and then switched to black and wished that i hadnt

I have the blackjack II. I love it. Great pic quality, fast internet and lots of useful features. Texting is fast with the keyboard, this was posted with mine. 4 day batt life too.

i am 14 and everyone thought i was a spoiled brat when i got the blackjack 2 from at&t the reason i got it was because i am a very busy 14 yearold and i am never in the same place as my parents. we all got smartphones so when i sync up to the computer everyone has what is in my calender when it is needed. especially when i have a school or sporting event i want my parents to know about. it is hard when you can possibly never see your parents i get up before them and i leave for school about 10 minutes before they get up for work. i dont see them in the morning but i finally get to see them about 5:30 that doesnt give much time to talk to them about everything i need

To Andrea: go to setting in your phone. then go to the first more button. past half way down you should see memory info. you can check in there for storage left, and memory, and it will show how much you will have on a storage card if you have put one in.

the iphone has bluetooth idiot...and wi-fi which the blackjack ii doesn't i have both phones...and windows mobile sux...i love samsung as a brand and love the phone..but windows mobile cant even be said in the same breath as the iphone's operating system...for a kid though get an iphone....anything mac is alway's cooler

does the BJ2 have a quickly accessible hold function? i have a habit of wearing quite uhh, small pants and i buttons seem to enjoy pushing themselves in my pocket.
second- is the scroll wheel any good?
third- does att ship the thing with a crippled WM6, like the firmwares on its other phones? if so, can it be debranded?
fourth, how is the camera quality?
messaging... are the keys too small when, say, engaged in a frantic volley of AIM messages?
err, i'm sorry if i wasted anyones time...

if u haven't figured it out yet....use an audio editor to cut a piece of an mp3 to less than 15 seconds, load it to My Sounds on BJ2 and it should be available as a ringtone.

this is a very good pda . excellent battery life i can go two days plus with this phone so im sure some ppl just got a dud which they shouldnt have for the money ppl pay for their services. i just hate i cant get youtube on it . most ppl i no with a pda say they cant either so you all tell me whats really real

yes, i had a BJ and the battery life was horrible. i would have to plug it in to charge every night and if i forgot my charger and went somewhere i could check it only in the morning and night.

all you need is a registry editor go in hkcurrent user go to control panel then opens sounds go to the "FileSizeLimit" and change it to 6144000.

The iphone sucks, don't get me wrong. However, it is bluetooth capable.

Battery....I purchased the original blackjack back in August of 2007 and the battery life then was fine. About a month ago, early Feb08, the phone would only last me about 4 hours reg bat and 6 on extended bat. After going back and forth with AT&T and doing many exchanges they finally upgraded me to the BJ2. I thought it would be much better but it seems like I'm only getting about 6 hours of battery life on very light usage. No work mail is being sent or received, just a text here and there. Does anyone have the same problem? I'm seeing people say their BJ2 is lasting 2 days. I would kill to have mine do that. lol.

Ringtone.....BJ1 I used to take the mp3 songs that I put onto my phone from my computer and select one to be my ringtone. I can't do the same on BJ2, does anyone know how it can be done? If they took that function away I personally think that was a stupid move.

Overall, I love the new bj2 but I just can't stand the battery like the first BJ and the fact I can't make a mp3 my ringtone. Any comments that someone might have I appreciate.

The iphone doesn't even have bluetooth...one of the most basic necessities in a phone these days. It depends what you want it for...also the iphone doesn't have windows mobile...of course. And you have to use itunes to set it up. I would say the blackjack 2 for sure. Like I said...it depends what you want it for...if you need it for business...the blackjack 2 is definitely better. If you just want a phone to listen to music and look at your pictures. The iphone is tight. But not very versatile. I like to be able to drag and drop my music files, not have to use that itunes bs.

Hi Jay, one can tell that it's not leather - it has a plastic feel to it. However, it is much better than the plastic of the original Blackjack.
