Eco-cook Goes Green
Posted on Jan 22, 08 04:22 AM PDT

The Eco-cook toys with the idea of lowering energy consumption by using just one pot and convenient dividers, whereby the concept results in requiring less energy and water to cook food - which is definitely good for the earth, right? I think on the more practical side of things, housewives as well as domesticated husbands will love the idea of Eco-cook simply because it is way easier to wash just one pan compared to three. This concept features a silicone and nylon heat resistant basket that fits snugly inside large pots, allowing for different types of food to be boiled easily while maximizing the use of water and heat. Weirdly though, the Eco-cook concept is slated for a 2015 release - will there even be an earth anymore at that time?

Neat idea, but does that mean my beans will taste like pasta, and my pasta like beans?
