Windows XP SP3 finally Available
May 6, 08 08:25 PM PDT

If you happen to rock on with Windows XP SP2, check out Windows Update today and download the 66MB Windows XP SP3. For folks who can't be bothered, just wait a few more days and your computer ought to get that update downloaded assuming you're into automatic updates. The SP3 experienced a delay since Microsoft found an incompatibility with its Dynamics Retail Management System. The majority of the SP3 changes are under the hood, and you'll get new features such as Network Access Protection and Black Hole router detection. This will be the last Service Pack for the Windows XP folks, so it is time to start thinking about that ugly hook up with Vista in the forseeable future.
