Remember when we told you that there will be a deluge of 8 megapixel camera phones today? Well, the Hitachi WOOO Ketai H001 does not capture images in 8 megapixel glory, but it does so in 5 instead. Brace yourself for three more phones after this as we concentrate on the Hitachi WOOO Ketai H001. This AU handset from KDDI Japan will boast a 3D display that works for both videos and photos - no idea if a special pair of glasses are required to take advantage of the 3D display, but it could be an offspring of 3D technology that we've seen at CES before. Features of the Hitachi WOOO Ketai H001 include :-

• 3.1" display at 845 x 480 resolution
• microSD memory card slot
• 1Seg TV tuner support
• E-wallet support

No idea on pricing, but you can bet your bottom dollar that this will be a Japan-only handset.
