Fidelity VPC (Very Personal Computer) Costs $199

Just when Netbook manufacturers are trying to move to larger display size (11", 12", 13") and add a bit more graphics power to their offerings, Fidelity comes in with a first-generation Netbook type computer at the discounted price of $199. Other than its 1.5lbs weight, there's nothing groundbreaking except the price (7" display, USB, Ethernet, WiFi, 2GB of memory, Linux), but that's the whole point! An Asus Eee 701 costs around $259 today.
The Fidelity VPC should be available next month. So what's your take? Do you prefer a higher price for a more capable and comfortable netbook or do you like the VPC's specifications and the price drop?
