Super fast camera captures 1,000 fps

When one mentions speed, what’s the first word that comes into your mind? Ferrari, cheetah, The Flash? Time to admit one more proper noun into the alumni with the Phantom Miro 3. This digital camera is not meant to be a casual point-and-shoot model, but performs best in a heavy duty environment. Capable of shooting up to 1,000 frames per second at 800 x 600, the Phantom Miro 3 is the fastest one there is in the market today. Heck, if you drop the resolution to 512 x 512, you can even reach 2,200 fps. Video out options consist of PAL and NTSC, and with an internal memory of 2GB, just 10 minutes’ worth of shooting will fill up the space inside. Great for those who want to study motion analysis on a minute scale.
