If you love reading, the Cave will definitely make you happy, merging the functionality of a bookcase with that of a reading space. Designed by Sakura Adachi, you might feel a little claustrophobic reading inside (a reading light is included). You’ll need lots of space to have one of these in your home though, and the downside would be the inability to read lying down as you’ll constantly need to curl up in a certain position while reading. Other than the rather unconventional design that might put people off, the $7,045 price tag is definitely out of bounds for most ordinary folk. A smaller, kids version to store their Harry Potter tomes will retail for $4,830.
