Canon PIXMA iP100 Portable Printer

The new Canon PIXMA iP100 portable printer isn’t too portable IMHO, tipping the scales at 2kg which tends to add up should you lug it around. It can print out images at 9,600 x 2,400 dpi, while 10cm x 15cm photos take approximately 50 seconds to complete. The iP100 is able to spit out monochrome and color prints at 15.6ppm and 11.2ppm, respectively. Optional accessories include a Bluetooth adapter if you’re into the wireless revolution. A single battery charge is great up to 290 pages as claimed, but I would take the figures quoted here with a pinch of salt. It will be available in a battery-free and battery-fitted model which retail for £199 and £249, respectively when released later this May.
