NEC Goes Green With MultiSync EA221WM

NEC has yet another green LCD monitor – the MultiSync EA221WM. This 22″ monitor is the second release under NEC’s MultiSync EA banner, being the smaller sibling of the 26″ EA261WM. Other features include :-

• Contrast ratio of 1,000:1
• 250 cd/m² brightness

• Down-firing speakers with headphone jack

• HDMI-compatible via adapter
• NaViKey screen-setting adjustment

This display is touted to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 20%, and if you decide to run the NEC MultiSync EA221WM in ECO mode, it will further reduce the overall power consumption. This display will be available this September for $389.99.
