Synchronica SimpleMail Brings Push Email To Entry Level Phones

Push email has long been the domain of much more expensive smartphones, but with Synchronica SimpleMail, you get similar functionality even on low-end cell phones. This software offers an email-to-SMS and an email-to-MMS gateway, featuring email trans-coding and a “compression engine” that helps lower network traffic so that even the most basic of handsets (by today’s standards, of course) are able to display attachments. Features of Synchronica SimpleMail include :-

  • Support for HTML, DOC, PDF, ZIP, MP3 and MPEG attachments
  • Support for Yahoo Mail, Gmail, MSN Hotmail Plus; any POP3 or IMAP4 mailbox is supported as well
  • Clientless solution that allows WAP / XHTML browser access
  • Real-time auto-detection of devices
  • Multi-lingual support (English, Chinese, Cyrillic, Arabic and Kanji)
  • Support for multiple email accounts on a single phone
