When you lay eyes on the Philips SIC4714BB/27 digital camera, chances are you might think it to be a camcorder instead. Well, it is primarily a digital camera with video recording capability, but we won’t put much hope on this 1.3 megapixel shooter. While it might be tiny, but the hardware specifications just don’t quite cut the mustard for today (or even a couple of years back for that matter). After all, you would be doing a lot of squinting with the 1.5″ LCD display, boring VGA resolution video recording capability and certainly we would prefer an SDHC memory card slot over regular SD. We’ll only consider this if it is cheap…like dirt cheap.
