The Google Mobile Team has announced its new Image Search for the Android, iPhone and iPod touch in the United States, United Kingdom and Japan. Users in these three countries can now search for images using keywords. Search results of up to 20 images per page will be displayed. There will be options to view the images on a larger thumbnail or through a website link or simply to view the images in their original sizes. There will also be made available filtering options to filter the image search results. Interested to try it out? Just go to google.com on your Android, iPhone or iPod touch and click on “Images”.
