Lego Batmobile

The late Heath Ledger’s Oscar victory recently has reignited interest in the very last film he portrayed in, driving up Batman’s stock in the eyes of the world even further. One of the more interesting sights in The Dark Knight Returns (apart from the ultra-realistic portrayal of Harvey Two Face, of course) would be Batman’s Tumble (Batmobile). Built like a tank and coming in an unconventional shape, it is nice to see Flickr user mahjqa take some time off to construct a replica of the Tumble using nothing but Lego pieces. While it isn’t able to mow through traffic or climb buildings, this labor of love is definitely worth more than a mere glance.
