Check out the rotating LED POV display video above – isn’t this totally cool? This is one well constructed device which comes with pretty solid construction, displaying multiple colors at once complete with smooth motion. It comes with a custom round printed circuit board, although the wee bit of wiggle could make do with a counter weight. Definitely an interesting device if you have something to advertise, but otherwise make sure you have a decent amount of DIY knowledge before you get started with this project.
