Aigo of China has released a handset that doubles up as a MID, or we could also say a MID that functions as a cellphone instead. Thanks to the slide-out QWERTY keyboard, this could very well be a mini netbook of sorts, featuring a display that falls possibly within the realm of 3.5″ to 4″. Chances are it will be powered by an Intel Atom processor, although one should not rule out the NVIDIA Tegra platform, either. We’re not sure how a machine like this would handle Windows XP, but hopefully all the kinks will be ironed out by the time it is ready to hit the market.
