Chariot Skates offers something revolutionary in the form of the of wheel skates, where it is tipped to be released next June for an unknown price. Each skate apparently consists of 5.5 pounds of carbon fiber, where they are touted to roll smoother and offer much more maneuverability compared to traditional inline skates. Something tells us that if this fad catches on, a new extreme sport will start, and ESPN can offer yet another channel for us to watch. It supposedly makes you feel as though you are skiing, albeit sans snow and the negative Fahrenheit temperature. Each Chariot Skate comes with a knee-high main wheel which will strap your foot and suspend it just below its axel.
