StarTech has a brand new bunch of Mini DisplayPort adapters that will see action on both Windows and Mac platforms, where the first of the three new additions would be the Mini DisplayPort to VGA adapter. Using this, one can connect a VGA monitor or HDTV at resolutions of up to 1,920 x 1,200, which means you can also enjoy HDTV resolution. As for the Mini DisplayPort to HDMI, it shares the same resolutions as the previous adapter but carries audio as well, and was specially manufactured to handle home theater Macs. Last but not least would be the Mini DisplayPort to DVI cable which will offer similar output for standard digital displays.Prices range from $25 to $30, depending on the model you pick.
