Is Motorola Planning To Release Its Own Mobile Operating System?

It’s very obvious that Google’s Android OS plays a big part in Motorola’s devices nowadays, especially since the success of the Motorola Droid. On the other hand, some folks are busy wondering whether Motorola is planning to churn out its own mobile operating system after acquiring the mobile handset platform company, Azingo. According to a LinkedIn profile, Yogish Kulkarni is now a senior software engineer at Motorola due to the acquisition. Of course, Motorola doesn’t exclusively churn out Android-powered cell phones, so there is a possibility that the tech could be used to bolster its other devices, or possibly enhance its Android offerings.
