Art comes in many different forms, and more often than not, modern art does take a certain level of understanding to decipher and be appreciated. Since 3D is one of the hot ticket items around town these days, it makes perfect sense for artists to exploit the third dimension in various ways, and Architectural Projection Mapping is one of them. This relatively new art form is capable of giving fireworks shows a run for their money where outdoor night/evening entertainment is concerned. Relying on the wonders of 3D effects, motion graphics and choreographed music video, artists can use the different textures and surfaces of buildings and surrounding objects to their advantage, transforming them into special, gigantic canvases for their animations.
