Dungeon & Dragons Online: Menace of the Underdark expansion released

If you love the Dungeons & Dragons franchise, you might have at some point dabbled in the online version of the game. However if you are still playing it, you might be interested to learn that an expansion for the MMO has been released. Dubbed Menace of the Underdark, this expansion will introduce new content that is focused on the dark elves, also known as the Drow and will take them to places familiar especially if the Forgotten Realms novels are familiar to you. This includes the Drow city of Sschindlyryn along with the home plane of their spider goddess, Lolth, tasking players to defeat her once and for all. Players will also experience the King’s Forest area where they will have to prevent Drow from invading the village of Eveningstar.

Designed for players level 20 and above, the Menace of the Underdark expansion will raise the level cap to 25 and will also see the introduction of the Druid class, allowing players to wield magic spells and turn into animals. The expansion can be bought on Steam or via its website for $49.99.
