World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria given the green light in ChinaBlizzard’s World of Warcraft MMORPG had some issues when they wanted to launch in China, namely due to the zombies and skeletons which they had to modify to comply with China’s laws. Other World of Warcraft expansions such as Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm were also delayed due to them pending the approval of the authorities, but the good news is that if you’re a World of Warcraft player in China and you were looking forward to getting Mists of Pandaria, you might not have to wait as long. According to reports, China has approved NetEase to operate the game in the country. Unfortunately we’re not sure if this means that Mists of Pandaria will be released on the same day as the rest of the world, which is on the 25th of September, or if it will be at a later date, but in any case this early approval is probably a good sign for gamers.
