Do you fancy owning a new timepiece, even though you already have so many in your possession? I guess it would not hurt to own a digital wristwatch, with the G-Shock from Casio being one of the newer generation of watches that will play nice with the iPhone. It will connect to your iOS-powered smartphone thanks to the wonders of Bluetooth connectivity, of course, and since the timepiece has already passed through the FCC in July some time ago (nearly one and half years ago, actually), and this Bluetooth 4.0-enabled smart watch has finally made its way to the US – at $180 a pop, of course.

Needless to say, the Casio G-Shock GB6900 will retain the rest of its characteristics that made the G-Shock range famous, being shock- and water-resistant to a certain extent. Connecting to your iPhone (it must be the iPhone 4S or newer), you are able to synchronize the time, check out call/email alerts and look for your misplaced handset – as long as it is within range, of course.
