Sony has finally announced its 55-inch and 65-inch 4K TV pricing. The announcement was made at the company’s NAB conference held today in Las Vegas. The 55 and 65-inch variants, Bravia XBR-55X900A and Bravia XBR-65X900A respectively, come with a price tag of $4,999 and $6,999 once again, respectively. Both of these models have Triluminous display with X-Reality PRO, one-touch screen mirroring and Motionflow XR960 technology. There’s Wi-Fi and NFC for all connectivity needs. The 4K TVs natively support the display of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels images. Online pre-orders and in-store purchases will kick off from April 21st.

Starting today six Sony Store locations will be featuring the 4K TVs and will offer in-store demos of true 4K and enhanced (upscaled) video. These locations include:

  • Century City, Los Angeles CA
  • South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa CA
  • Houston Galleria, TX
  • The Forum Shops, Las Vegas NV
  • 550 Madison Ave, New York NY
  • Stanford Shopping Center, Palo Alto CA

The TVs have been made available merely a couple of months after Sony unveiled its 4K line at CES 2013. The company has also previously shown off the $25,000 84-inch 4K TV as well.
