leakEver had something to get off your chest but you couldn’t bring yourself to do it because you were afraid of the repercussions? Well if you are, then you might be interested to learn that there is a new email service called Leak which basically helps you send out anonymous emails on your behalf. Given that you don’t actually get an email address yourself, safe to say that for the most part, the recipient of the email won’t know who it’s from.

Now Leak is hardly the only such service around, although it’s simple nature and easy-to-use UI makes it more accessible. As you can see in the image above, all you’d have to do is enter the email address of the person you’re planning to send the message to, your message, and you can even choose to tell them who you are, on in the screenshot above you can just say it’s from “A Friend”.

Now we know you’re probably thinking that it could probably end up being abused by spammers and scammers looking for ways to send out spam messages to advertise products, and while Leak does have a guideline of what you should and shouldn’t do with its service, we reckon it could be tricky trying to stop it from happening.

In any case if you’re intrigued by the idea and possibilities of anonymous emails, perhaps this is a service worth checking out.
