08/12/2011, Remember back in June we reported on the topic of spam books taking over Amazon’s Kindle book store? Well, just in case you forgot, spammers have re-publishing books (both out of copyright and those still under copyright) as their own titles; indirectly stealing money from many self-published authors who have worked hard to write them in the first place. After months of these scams going on, it seems like Amazon […]

This new web app was specially built from ground up to work within the confines of a browser, where it is supported […]
08/08/2011, Good news Kindle owners, it appears that Amazon has quietly rolled out a new social networking service over the weekend for their Kindle owners. 08/05/2011, So we all know that ebooks are starting to catch on despite the Kindle being around for so long. While Pandigital has also been producing ebook readers, they have not managed to garner the same amount of notoriety and fame as the other brands mentioned, but perhaps […]
07/29/2011, Digital rights management (DRM) was one of the methods introduced in order to help combat the piracy of digital media, such as ebooks and MP3s. Unfortunately DRM also limits how you go about sharing your files, which can be troublesome if you were hoping to transfer them to another medium or to a new computer. 07/22/2011, For those of us with favorite authors and books, attending a book signing is one of those rare opportunities where you get to meet your favorite author and tell them how much you love their work, and ask questions such as where did they get their inspiration from, will there be new releases, etc.

07/18/2011, There seems to be a vending machine for just about everything nowadays. From a vending machine that dispenses wedding rings, to another that dispenses USB cables to LCD displays, to more practical vending machines such as the one by the Red Cross that exchanges chocolates, drinks, and even an iPod for money to be donated to their cause, so it’s really not surprising to see another vending machine that has […]
