Harman Kardon receivers accept iPods

If speakers are the soul of a home audio system, then the heart is represented by the receiver. Harmon Kardon drives home this point by offering a quartet of receivers that include two 7.1 channel systems – the AVR 347 and AVR 247 which retail for $999 and $549 respectively. Those who do not have the budget to spare can settle for the AVR 147 and AVR 146 5.1 channel systems that come with $449 and $349 price tags. All four models will come with HDMI connectivity, an exclusive iPod interface with audio and video playback, and a host of advanced features that will keep any listener happy. Mark your calendars to prepare for the April launch date.
