All you need to do is insert your SIM card into the device and call it from another phone, and you're good to go. Just make sure you're good at planting this lest your game plan becomes uncovered. I must say, placing it underneath one's desk isn't exactly the most strategic spot in the world. The fact that it is rather large also makes it all the more harder to conceal, but where there's a will, there's a way.
