iPhone Clone Known As iOrgane

Could this be the closest possible iPhone clone to date? Known as the iOrgane (I'm not sure if the typo is done on purpose) complete with a somewhat misshapen Apple logo to reflect the new "organe" fruit, there is not much information on the handset specifications but it is a hoot to look at from behind. I wonder what Apple's legal eagles have to say about this - will they bring them to court or actually let them go easily?
