Gocycle Electric Bike
Posted on Nov 24, 08 09:08 AM PDT

Want to do your part by going green? Here's the Gocycle Electric Bike that is made from mostly injection molded magnesium - translated, that means "very light", tipping the scales at a mere 16.3 kg. It comes with an integrated 9Ah MiMH battery which allows you to travel anywhere from 6 to 20 miles with pedal input, and the battery power is able to last for up to 3.5 hours before requiring a recharge. Nice to know this $1,300 bicycle is foldable (great for bringing it on public transport) and features an adjustable seat and handlebars. It will be powered by a 250 Watt motor, the price tag mentioned is good only until January next year, where it will then hit nearly $1,700 once the promotion period is over.
