AT&T Introduces Samsung A657

AT&T has launched the Samsung A657 in a rather muted manner, bringing yet another push-to-talk handset to their fold quietly. This candybar handset comes with a rubberized shell and has been specially hardened to meet US military-spec standards for shock, moisture, temperature and other rough-and-tumble factors. Just to make sure you are able to find your way around the forest at night (or search for stuff in your handbag while at the cinema), the A657 is equipped with its own flashlight while we ordinary people normally use our phone's lighted display to double up as a weak light source in dark places. Other features include Bluetooth connectivity, 3G support, GPS mapping and a microSDHC memory card slot.
