Forget the tamagotchi, the Nintendogs are available on Amazon

It’s even better than the tamagotchis of the future, and it’s probably cuter. Nintendogs is a video-game for the Nintendo DS portable console in which the player has to train, play and even socialize their virtual dogs. The game uses the wireless capabilities of the console and it is also possible to set the (virtual) dog to bark when it sees another “Nintendog” within the wireless range.
