Garbage-eating generator produces power

The brilliant minds at Purdue University are currently concocting a generator that creates usable energy as a by-product of chewing on garbage. Known as the “Tactical Biorefinery”, this unique invention is meant for use on the military front. Not only is it capable of taking care of all one’s garbage and waste, it actually doubles up as a mobile power outlet that can power a myriad of devices. In addition, the Tactical Biorefinery is capable of churning out 90% more energy than what it uses, which is pretty confounding as I always thought that you can’t get more than what you put in in terms of energy, as some of them are lost in other forms. There is no word on when a commercial version will be available, but at the rate the world is guzzling power, the sooner the better.
