Look ma – no hands!

Here is yet another weird thing to come out from Japan – a pedal-powered roller coaster ride. Going uphill is definitely going to be quite a task, and I fear for those who do not have enough pedal power to keep it going upwards. What happens if the entire thing starts rolling backwards? Are there some kind of emergency brakes installed within? I don’t know about you, but I definitely don’t have the intestinal fortitude to undertake such a heart-stopping trip down this roller coaster. For those of you who are up to the challenge, better give that insurance agent of yours a call before you start pedaling away.
