The sands of time go digital

The sands of time has taken on a literal meaning of modern proportions with the Sand Time Watch. Brainchild of designer Pavel Balykin, the Sand Time Watch features a LED display to show the current time in a digital format. Whenever it enters into screensaver mode, it will work like a typical sand clock, with electronic sand falling down the small hole in the middle. The Sand Time Watch is currently a concept, but I’m sure it would make a great seller if it was ever manufactured and released on a commercial basis. You just gotta love the bright colors that it comes in along with the whole idea.
