Roborior is a watch robot that won’t be fooled into wolfing down a piece of drugged meat, a favorite tactic against homes with dogs. No sir, this guard robot comes with infrared sensors which will be able to detect break-ins, snapping photographs of the intruder, and can even call your 3G-enabled cellphone and stream a live video feed of the crime. Perhaps its inventors could have made the Roborior more inconspicuous instead of glowing purple, blue, and orange. I wonder if these are waterproof, since it would be a simple matter if disabling it by hosing it down, or better yet, cover its camera with a piece of cloth.
