Roboquad offers affordable fun

Despite the Roboquad retailing for under $100, it still packs a pretty impressive amount of technology. This sipder-robot from Wow Wee scuttles all over the place via a 4-layer full-function remote control that enables you to cycle through 6 dozen pre-programmed functions. Alternatively, you can directly control it yourself or freak other people out in the house by letting it rely on internal light and sound sensors to move about on its own. Tweaking with the Activity, Aggressiveness, and Awareness behaviour controls will result in different personalities emerging from the Roboquad. Parents will be able to pick this toy up when August 11 rolls around.
