My Library Video Edition from WD

Western Digital knows that you are just too busy that even your current DVR can’t handle the number of backlog programmes which you have missed. They have released a solution in the form of the My Library Video Edition that boasts an extra 500GB of storage space, expanding your programming by another 300 hours. While that sounds good in theory, if you can’t clear what you’ve recorded so far, chances are you won’t be able to clear the extra 300 hours. Those who are fans of high definition video will get just 60 extra hours with that space – a far cry from the 300 hours of standard definition. The My Library Video Edition hooks up to your DVR via eSATA and retails for $199.
